Welcome to the island life and this gorgeously decorated and updated studio/1 bath vacation condo overlooking Big Carlos Pass where the Gulf of Mexico enters Estero Bay. As you enter Penthouse 6, the first thing that strikes you is the breathtaking view of the bay and the Gulf. The open floor plan brings in the fresh sea air and sunshine while opening up the entire space to the spectacular views from the penthouse floor.
After a long day of fun in the sun, your king-sized bed will welcome you to a good night's sleep. A large armoire and custom-designed closet will easily hold your belongings. The gorgeous Bath is a delight with a huge marble-lined, walk-in shower and glass tile floor.
For your convenience, there is free wifi and TV cable service in the unit, building elevators, ample on-site parking. There is a 7-night minimum stay. Amenities include a private beach, BBQ, and picnic area located right on the waterfront, a resort-sized heated pool, a social room with a ping pong table, and an on-site laundry.
